Welcome to ConsentRewards! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in ConsentRewards, a service owned and operated by PortQii Pte Ltd, located at 51 GoldHill Plaza, #07-10/11, Singapore 308900. By signing up to express interest and participate in our prize draws, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from signing up.

1. Eligibility

To participate in ConsentRewards and associated prize draws:

1. You must be 18 years or older at the time of sign-up.
2. You may sign up only once. Duplicate submissions will be removed at the sole discretion of ConsentRewards without notification.
3. Employees of PortQii Pte Ltd may sign up but are ineligible to participate in any prize draws.

 

2. Prize Draw Rules

ConsentRewards offers prize draws as part of the sign-up process. The rules for these prize draws are as follows:

2.1 Sign-Up Draws

• Prize draws will occur on the following fixed dates:
  
  • First draw: May 10, 2025
  • Second draw: June 10, 2025
  • Third draw: June 30, 2025
• Each participant is eligible for one entry per draw based on their initial sign-up.

2.2 Referral Draws

• Separate prize draws will be held for users who refer others to sign up.
• Referrers will receive one entry for every successful referral.

2.3 Winner Verification

• Upon winning a prize draw, the selected user must confirm their eligibility by providing:
  
  • A government-approved ID from their country of residence to verify their first name, last name, and country.
  • The information on the government-issued ID must match exactly with the details provided during the initial sign-up process (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Country).
  • If the provided information does not match exactly, the prize will be voided at the sole discretion of ConsentRewards.

2.4 Public Disclosure

• By participating in the prize draw, winners agree that their first name, last name, city, and country may be publicly disclosed by ConsentRewards for transparency purposes.

3. Conduct

By signing up, you agree to the following:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information during the sign-up process.
2. Avoid creating duplicate accounts or using fraudulent methods to manipulate entries.
3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification from prize draws and termination of your account.

4. Prize Conditions

1. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
2. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during sign-up. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
3. PortQii Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prizes.

5. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically as ConsentRewards evolves. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Users will be notified of significant updates and may be required to reaccept the Terms before continuing participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

PortQii Pte Ltd is not responsible for:

1. Technical failures or errors that disrupt participation in prize draws.
2. Unauthorized access or alterations to user entries.
3. Any loss or damage arising from participation in ConsentRewards or associated prize draws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Singaporean jurisdiction.
